Today I want to share with you a story I heard in the Mind Power Home Study
Program from John Kehoe.
For the longest time the strongest man in the world was Serjev Vadachek from
Russia. Vadachek could lift 598 lbs over his head, but he couldn?t lift
600 lbs. He tried many times and always failed.
It ended up being called the 600 lb barrier. Their were various doctors and
medical journals and trainers stating that it was physically impossible for
the human body to lift 600 lbs.
So after many many failed attempts to lift 600 lbs, Vadachek?s trainers played
a little trick on him and put 601 lbs on the bar and told Vadachek that it was
598 lbs. You might think what?s the difference between 598 lbs and 601 lbs?
The difference is in the belief! Vadecheck got down, picked up the bar and
lifted it over his head and as soon as that happened his trainers started
jumping up and down and said ?Serjev you know what you?ve just done, you?ve
broken the 600 lb barrier. Serjev replied ?It?s impossible, nobody can do it.?
So they weighed the bar and sure enough it weighed 601 lbs. Serjev began
touring Europe and was a huge celebrity, for about 3 weeks and then you know
what happened? Other people started lifting 603, 605, 607?why, because
the 600 lb barrier had been broken. It was an illusion. It never really
existed except in peoples consciousness.
So let me ask you, what are your 600 lb barriers in your online business?
What areas are keeping you stuck?
Whatever you are struggling with it is do to a limiting belief and has
nothing to do with the outer world.
If you do not eliminate your negative self-limiting beliefs, then it doesn?t
matter what goals you set, what courses you buy, what plan of action you
choose, you will never create the success you want with your limiting beliefs.
You will continue to run the same patterns over and over again and you will
remain stuck.
Beliefs are so powerful. Remember you get to belief whatever you choose. So
choose beliefs that empower you!
